Dear CSA’rs    TOMATOS not quite ready but I picked all I had for you guys.  I promise more later but, I wanted you to have some early.

I have rinsed greens once, please rinse again, spin and seal.

This week:

• Greens **
• Choi (Mei Quing Choi)
• Collard**

• Basil
• Green Beans
• Red Onion with top
• Tomatos
• Pesto(Cilantro, in freezer)

My Salad last nite
Dressing:
Red wine vinegar,
salt and pepper.
Dried or fresh dill,
one basil leaf,
water(add olive oil too if you want),
veganaise(or yogurt or mayo etc. )
chopped tomato
NUTS( I threw in a handful of my granola, it gave a nutty sweet flavor)
ADD WASHED AND RINSED COLLARDS AND CHOI

Traditional Southern Greens
Greens(use choi too)
Onion
Salsa or chopped tomatos
Garlic
Water
Vinegar
Salt and hot sauce to taste
Directions: Wash, Chop greens and place all in pot to boil then simmer (half hour). Serve with liquid.

Dear CSA’rs I want to apologize to you for the delay in squashes. They have been beseeched by cuk beetles. Squash bug, Squash vine borers. I am working on it but no quick fixes in Organic.
