CSA Woodstock Week #7 eggs, yes this week 7/29/09
INSTRUCTIONS FULL SHARE:
1. take 1 bag from the bottom half of the first fridge(it is marked)
What’s in the bags:
Greens Mix: Swiss Chard, Tascano Kale, Red Russian Kale.
Floridor Squash
Radish Pods(great in salads, or sauté and add to pastas or with other veggies.)
Bably leeks(can use part of the tender green part too)
Genovese Basil
Red Norland Potatos
Purslane (see recipe idea blog)
HALF SHARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Greens Mix: You can always stir fry, salad or add to soup. Use just like spinach: in omletts, raw and chopped in pasta dishes or over pizza.
I chop it, marinade it in vinegar and herbs, drain and add to my potato salad instead of relish
