Hello all!
Your last week for eggs will be next week.
If you still want eggs you’ll need to pre order them so I can have them in fridge for you. You dont’ have to pre pay, just pay as you go by paying the basket on the wall.
Sorrel: Make a pesto with it or I like these recipes too. You kinda have to have a plan with sorrel.
Also, one of my market customers used it chopped instead of relish in potatoe salad.

Cuks: you all know how to make cuk salad rite?
cuks, vinegar and water, equal parts, salt and pepper, onion and garlic.
Options: cream, soymilk etc., cayenne pepper, your chopped greens or add your chopped summer squash

Did you know you can thinly slice your squash and put on your sandwiches instead of lettuce? We also love them grilled. Don’t peel 🙂

Thai Basil: I don’t like it raw but here are some ideas. I usually put it in stirfry.

90 percent of the eggplant
Most of the peppers
Pumpkins
