I did this recipe for a client and here’s how I tweaked it: Summer Squash Salad w/ Lemon CitronetteÂ

I used crumbled feta
I used crushed, food processed , mixed nuts
Herbs: lemon basil, parsley and mint chopped those and let them sit in the lemon juice
we added some leftover cherry toms once, and sweet pepper the last time
Any squash if fine.
I only had powdered garlic
