Organic Veggies, Herbs & Granola, Free Range Eggs.
NOW AVAILABLE: HALF SHARES

Announcing Organic Produce Share prices for the 2010 growing season.

M’s Organic Farm is a Cruelty Free Animal Environment, specializing in Greens (Greens, Arugala, Spinach, & more )—expect them in every box

Organic free range eggs, locally raised on non-medicated feed, can be added to ANY box, Add $30.00 to your subscription. Eggs are sold only as part of our CSA program, not separately. You receive one dozen eggs every 3 weeks.

Our veggies include: onion, jalapenos, peppers, basil, oregano, potatoes, dill, thyme, cilantro, garlic, pole or string beans, eggplant, radish, carrots, beets, specialty squashes, pumpkins, cucumbers, winter squash, and of course tomatoes & more. You can expect to see any and all of these in your box (seasonal) Each week you will be emailed an explanation of items in the box and probably a recipe or two. You may occasional receive(unless you request otherwise) our famous Cinnamon Almond Raisin Granola or one of our Pestos.

Many people don’t understand how farming works. Your weekly box will contain whatever skill and Mother Nature can provide at that time. $25.00 of Veggies will supplement a meat eaters dining or provide a lot for a Vegan. New Half Share Vegie $15.00 worth of veggies(plus the eggs)

By prepaying for the year you are assured a subscription of whatever is growing that week for 18 weeks. In other words, if you are looking for tomatoes in June, you won’t see them–no one has tomatoes in Illinois in June! But you will find: radishes, beets, onions, garlic, spinach, always a mix of greens, and fresh herbs. The greens are always there and whatever else is growing. You will have many recipes and suggestions on cooking and eating greens. We try to make it as varying and interesting and healthy as Mother Nature allows. I hope this helps.

Share price: for 18 weeks. Beginning June (TBA) END- Oct.(TBA) 2010.
