CSA Woodstock Week #9 eggs, no 8/3/2010

Tomatoes are really slow and eggplant and peppers even more, But the beans and squash are doing well. See my entry on thai basil, My new favourite thing with stirfry vegies of any sort, add the basil after cooked with a little olive oil. INSTRUCTIONS FULL SHARE:
1. take 1 bag from the top half of the first fridge(it is marked)
2. take a plastic bag from your side of the tableWhat’s in the bags:
Purple Queen Bush Beans
Savoy Cabbage
Thai and Genovese Basil(use thai for any stirfy veg)
Cuk
Squash: Floridor, Zuk
Washington Cherry Tomatoes
Malibar Spinach
HALF SHARE INSTRUCTIONS:
1. take 1 bag from the bottom half of the first fridge(it is marked)
2. take a plastic bag from your side of the table
Red Norland Potatoes
Zukkini
Thai and Genovese Basil(use thai for any stirfy veg)
Dragon tongue Beans
Malibar Spinach
Garlic
Cuk Salad* vinegar, cream, soymilk or milk or mayo, garlic and or onion, chopped greens of any kind, sugar if desired , salt and pepper and thinly sliced cuks. Let stand in fridge.
Pan Fry cuks: Drag sliced cuk thru flour, pan fry, salt, eat
