7/30/14 Woodstock CSA’rs Week Eggs YES

So sorry. I thought I posted this.
Please , please read instructions carefully, someone forgot to take a 2nd half share bag.

Cuks: we dont peel.
We slice, add salt and eat. Fancy: salt, pepper, garlic and onion pwdr.

Cucumber salads: cuks, vinegar, salt and pepper, garlic, onion and add diced squash or chopped greens. Stir and let sit in fridge.
Optional: cream, milk, Coconut milk(my favorite), or sour cream. My gramma always put cream and sugar in it. I wonder if you could add a little honey instead of sugar.

Floridor Squashes. :
If you Google round squash recipes, you’ll get a lot of good stuff.
You can also simply (don’t peel) slice marinate and grill these little guys.

Carrots:
I know this sounds really simple but , boil with garlic and onion and squash, strain, add salt and pepper and olive oil or butter(I like to mash them up together. )
You can juice use the greens too.

Full Shares:
#l. Take 1 bag from top shelf of your fridge
2. take eggs fro shelf in fridge if you subscribe
3. Take a bag from the FULL Share side of the table(opposite the fridges)
Lettuce , Red and Green
Cuks ( cuk salad or slice on sandwiches)
Garlic
Floridor Squashes
Carrots
Mix: Collards, Chard, TAscano and Red Russian Kales
Mizuna Lettuce
Onions
