In your bags: Golden Zukkini, Cuks, Plus, Bush Beans and Basil
*** Cuk Salad idea: basil, thinly sliced cuks half peeled, cubed Golden Zuk, onion, garlic , salt, vinegar(optional heavy cream, sour creme etc.)
Quick pickle the relish part ( all but the cuks). While slicing very thinly the cuks, let the relish sit and stir when add small batches of the sliced cuks. Add Cream last, let sit covered in the fridge.
