Some of your texts are coming back to me and this site was down again last night, sorry. 

In your bags: Golden Zukkini, Cuks, Plus, Bush Beans and Basil

*** Cuk Salad idea: basil, thinly sliced cuks half peeled, cubed Golden Zuk, onion, garlic , salt, vinegar(optional heavy cream, sour creme etc.)

Quick pickle the relish part ( all but the cuks). While slicing very thinly the cuks, let the relish sit and stir when add small batches of the sliced cuks. Add Cream last, let sit covered in the fridge.

It gets better as it marinates. Text me with any questions.
