CSA Woodstock Week 6, 07/24/13 no eggs

Hello all
thanks for reading the directions carefully.

I have some notes/recipe ideas below this blog for sorrel and new zealand spinach.
These 2 are huge hits in Chicago, are gaining popularity and we love them!
Also, sooooo many different things to do with your summer squash. I live on it! I never peel it unless its round huge and I bake it and use the inside scooped out in a soup(like potato soup only with squash, mmmm)

The tomatoes look so nice, feel free to glance over at them. I cannot imagine it will be much longer.

Hesitate not to email me if you are stumped on an idea and process THAT NEW ZEALAND SPINACH RITE AWAY.
Thanks,
M
