9/18/13 Woodstock CSA’rs Week 14/18

Hey, guys: If you can’t make it to pick up your bag it would be great to send me a quick email and let me know but NOT strictly necessary. I know stuff happens:)
So , please pay close attention to directions.
You will all have a bag on top, a bag on bottom and a Pumpkin on the table. Whot?! Pumpkins, already. Hey they are ready when they are ready, right?
They are eating pumpkins, not smashing/carving pumpkins.
My favourite recipe is Pumpkin Chipolte soup( I basically use parsley instead of epesito and any hot pepper instead of chipoltes and I rarely put the corn in I use summer squash instead)
I know everyone wants to make some type of pie with it and, that’s great, after all it’s called Spookie Pie Pumpkin. Remember there are other savory dishes like the above soup
I made Haitian Lime Cream Soup once.
